Hello, I am using the latest 2.0.0 update of Legends ZA, DLC installed and applied. I updated PKHeX to v20251212, which added support for the latest game update. I am still in the early game, just reaching rank W. When I generate Mewtwo, Volcanion, Hoopa, Yveltal, or Zygarde, they appear in my box just fine. But Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza appear as eggs in my box. The only legality issues are "Unable to match encounter from origin game" and "Alpha flag mismatch". My other legendary Pokémon that i generated and work just fine in game all have way more legality issues including the two i just mentioned, so legality shouldn't be the problem.
