No problem and I figured it out but I don't know if this was fixed in the update but some moves get deleted or won't show up in the Pokedex upon transfer. I transferred an Entei and Raikou from Crystal and Entei registered but Raikou comes up in the Pokedex as Suicune. No major issues but just some mild issues to address

Could you do a tutorial with using a GBA link cable rom sender with a homebrewed Wii? Since totally different cables are used and I don't know how to use the rom sender can you provide a visual guide?
