Where can I find the development build?

go to lysanne labs, use the elevator to plant 3, and just walk inside and you start it, and fight it

i just asked if it existed, and if it, then where, and its understandable that you have a life.

I been looking thru in events section, in trainer, everything and still i cant find where its it

I been using pkhex, and I gave all the stones, it didn't show up when I got enabled to use mega absol and that, I rested, removed all mega stones before defeating absol but still they don't show up, anything?
