  1. So, apparently, I was being stupid in that exporting the save file through the Manic EMU app itself was NOT the way to get your save. To get your save file properly (for me anyways) was to grab the 'main' file at Manic EMU\3DS\sdmc\<id 1?>\<id2?>\title\<id3?>\<id4?>\<id5?>\main I'm assuming this is common knowledge. But I'm going to put this here in case it helps someone.
  2. Hey everyone, I’ve run into a save file compatibility issue between Manic EMU and PKHeX/Citra. Here’s what’s happening: I’m playing Pokémon Alpha Sapphire v1.0 on Manic EMU (iOS). I exported my save file (through Manic EMU; file uploaded Original Save From Manic EMU.sav) and edited it with PKHeX. (Changed save file also included Modified Save From PKHeX.sav) After saving the changes in PKHeX, I tried loading the edited save back into Manic EMU. Manic EMU doesn’t recognize it. The file size is slightly different from the original one Manic EMU exports. To test further: I loaded the same save file into Citra (Windows), and it worked fine — all my PKHeX edits were there. However, when I re-export the save from Citra's save directory and try to load it in Manic EMU, it still isn’t recognized. So it seems Manic EMU uses a specific save format or structure that PKHeX/Citra exports aren’t matching. If anyone knows how to convert or reformat PKHeX or Citra saves so they’ll work with Manic EMU, please let me know. Thanks in advance. Files listed: Manic EMU export (original save) Original Save From Manic EMU.sav, PKHeX export (modified save) Modified Save From PKHeX.sav
