While using the PKHEX version after June, I noticed that when using the Database, even with "UseTabsAsCriteria" enabled, if I preset all six IVs to 31 and click to generate a Pokémon again, its IVs become randomized—as shown in the second image. It fails to generate a Pokémon with all six IVs at 31, but it can generate Pokémon with all six IVs at 30, or three IVs at 30 and three at 31. This issue did not occur in PKHEX versions before June.
