At the moment, I don't have a fully written guide on how to load the software- but I am working on it! The best way to load the software is either through a FlashCart, or through Mutliboot. Personally, I would suggest utilizing a Wii with Homebrew and FIX94's gba-link-cable-rom-sender to send the ROM over. After the ROM has been sent over, you can insert the Gen 3 game and continue from there!

Hello everyone! A few years ago I started development on a Generation 1 and 2 to Generation 3 transfer program that worked all with original hardware, and I’m happy to say that v1.2.0 released a few days ago! Poké Transporter GB uses a multiboot program on the GBA and GBC link cable to communicate between an inserted Generation 3 game and the Generation 1/2 game. Both generations utilize Arbitrary Code Execution to fully create a transfer experience that feels like something that has been part of these games since the beginning! A large part of v1.2.0 was the creation of the Pokémon Community Conversion Standard- a trio of conversion methods that allow users to transfer their Pokémon in whatever way they see fit.
