Yeah, that's what I was worried about... Even if it's possible in theory with an astronomically low chance, it's still marked as illegal (because it is), right? Thanks alot for the clarification!! I think I'll just roll with different TID and SID since they're already different in the other games. Makes me more in peace than having it marked as illegal.

Hi, I've recently learned about WC3 tool and how to get a legal Mew in Japanese Emerald. But my question is: would it be bad/weird to edit my japanese save to get the same Trainer ID and SID as my english save? This is just for my own Role-Playing and "OCD" purposes, as will NOT use this Mew for trading with other people or anything else.
