As the title says, I'm hoping somebody knows how and can tell me a way to edit the way the stats grow with level. Can anyone help? I found that the experience to reach the different levels is located in growtbl, but there is nothing else in there, so I'm unsure of where to look next.

Hi, thank you in advance for any attempt to help me. There are two hacks that I would like to do on Pokemon Diamond. I would like to edit the egg move list of pokemon species, and I also want to edit the script that prevents HM's from being used without certain badges. I'm assuming it's a script. I'm hoping someone knows the format, narc file, and/or offsets where this information can be found, but any help would be appreciated. UPDATE: I found where the egg moves are, but I still don't know what I would have to change to allow HM's to be used without badges.
