Captain Demozan

So a while ago, I posted a topic about Stark Mountain, and how due to using Pokésav scripts, I accidentally softlocked the Stark Mountain arc. Thankfully, someone was able to fix it, with the lil side effect of Buck becoming invisible in the Charon confrontation cutscene. I thought it wasn't anything more than just a silly glitch. Well, fast forward to now, and I decided to go to Route 224 because of a Natu swarm, since I was looking to add them to my living dex. But I haven't gotten there yet, so I went to Victory Road to visit there, but to do so, I needed to guide Marley to the end. One problem: Marley isn't there. And because she isn't there, the game freezes whenever I begin the team-up. I've tried messing around with my save with PKHeX to fix this. I've tried switching around every possible flag regarding Marley and Route 224, but no matter what, I can't restore Marley or mark the sidequest as complete. Is my save just doomed? Or is there a way to fix this, whether by wiping Marley away or revealing her to the naked eye? I uploaded my save so that others can experiment and possibly find a solution. POKEMON PL.sav

So I was playing through the Stark Mountain subplot for Platinum, and I managed to get all the way to the battle against Charon. Except that when I enter the room, I can't battle him. The room has both Heatran and Charon, which IIRC isn't something that's supposed to happen. Buck's also nowhere to be seen. I cannot interact with anything in the room that I tried (The smashable rock, Charon, and his cronies). And since Charon's blocking the path, I can't interact with Heatran, either. What I think happened was I used PKSM's script to restore the static encounters for Uxie and Azelf (I already caught them but I wanted to battle them again to shiny hunt), and that also "restored" the Heatran encounter, which causes the room's state to assume "Since Heatran is here, that means Charon was defeated". The files I've uploaded are a screenshot showing the issue, and my save file I backed up. If anyone can tell me how to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate it! ETA: I also tried using walk through walls cheats to battle Heatran, then exited the room and entered again. That didn't work, either. POKEMON PL.sav
