RNG manipulation with Pokefinder (RNG manipulation for specific IV spreads, and such)

update: I figured out how to do it, I had to make it through a pk4 file then import into BW

crud I meant for it to be ground, must've goofed the IV's somewhere on my end

I'm not sure how to go about making this latias with hidden power ground, no PID I put in is making it legal, it's okay if the IV's change a bit, as long as she maintains high as possible SpA and Speed with as low as possible Atk 0380 - Latias - 4802A4394FA0.pk5
