Help with a multicart sapphire save file?

Indeed it is, but that's also how it is directly after being dumped from the cart. Maybe I had the wrong settings, but the software was able to automatically determine the type of cart it was which makes me skeptical that's what happened -
Im attempting to move a pokemon sapphire save file from a multicart to an emulator, I was able to extract the save file fine but it looks totally wrong, (it also won't open in PKHeX) I was wondering if there's a way to convert it into a normal save file? EDIT: I solved it, the save was stored in the game's rom, I was able to extract it the same as any other bootleg Pokemon - Sapphire Version (USA, Europe).sav
