Hello all. I am brand new to this forum, and am simply seeking advice on how to rebuild or restore a save that I believe got corrupted. I was playing FireRed on a verified legitimate cartridge through the GameBoy Operator connected to my PC. For 8 hours of play-time I had absolutely no issues. Seemingly randomly, I tried to save my game last night and watched the LED on the Operator stay flashing orange instead of transitioning to blue and completing the save. The game told me the save was complete, but I could tell the Operator was still interacting with the cartridge, so I left it there. After about 30 seconds, I saw that the emulator no longer detected the Operator device. At this point, I knew the save was probably hopeless. Upon canceling the application, I re-opened it, and the cartridge and device were perfectly detectable. To my dismay, the save had been totally reset, so that when I opened the game, I was instructed on the controls...
With all of this being said, my auto-backup save files will not write to the card whatsoever anymore. I cannot load them into PKhEX either for the sake of rebuilding the save to what it was at. Is there anywhere available that a plain FireRed save file exists that's early into the game? Every one I can find is full living dex, all shinies, perfect IV/EV, etc. I'm attaching the backups I have in case they are salvageable or dissectable. Thank you in advance kind souls!
