Salvage corrupted ORAS save data?

Hey, could I have some help? I booted up my old copy of Omega Ruby after backing up the game card via Checkpoint and the file data was corrupted. Really appreciate if you could resolve this as this was a save file from when I was a kid and it has a lot of sentimental value to me. main
