How do i swap PKHeX to pokemon X?

I cant find a mystery gift or pokemon center met location and so the met location is listed as invalid, does anyone know the "met location" of a mystery gift exclusive pokemon?

When i open PKHeX it puts it as scartlet and i cant find where to change it
