I'm trying to make a Heartgold romhack where the Hoenn/Sinnoh sound radio programs are available as soon as the radio is unlocked and maybe change which days they play. I've used DSPRE reloaded to edit the rom so far, but I think it might be the wrong tool for the job. I've know there tutorials for other tools, but I haven't seen any mention of the radio specifically. I'm not really looking for a "how to" on editing the radio, I'd just like to know what tool would be best. Thanks in advance and sorry if this is a stupid question. I tried searching this forum, but I didn't find anything.
