    Hello, Been playing Fire Red recently and about 11-12 hours in my file is now saying it has been deleted upon booting the game up. I see the PKHeX application but I do not understand how to use it. Was curious if someone could help me restore my file back? I did get the following message but am unsure what to do with it: Sector 0 @ 00000 invalid. Thank you! Pokemon - FireRed Version (USA).fla
