    I downloaded SDK instead of dotnet desktop runtime cuz it doesnt require an installer and it still doesnt work am I supposed to have downloaded desktop runtime or is it supposed to work and somethings wrong??

    It's not my parents it's my school, and I'd like to but there's no way they'd allow that also wait aren't you the guy who made PKHex??

    hey I have tried to run the .net desktop runtime installer that pkhex directed me to but it's blocked with admin password and I don't want to make any permanent changes to my computer what should i do??
