Sorry, I don't understand well. I have the modification with trainers, teams and objects (we will call it 1), but I want to change types and statistics of some pokemon (I will call this file made by me with pknx 2). The original game dumped will be 3. Could you explain it better please. I don't know what the output folder of pknx is.

so, would i have to put the mod files into my dumped rom. and then open that folder with pknx?

I would like to edit a modification already made by someone else, it has greater difficulty in the trainers and things like that, but I would like to edit the pokemon, their characteristics and types, however I don't know how to edit the file that pknx leaves (the one that is left in the mods folder of the emulator or console)
