thank you!!! that is unfortunate for me because im pretty sure I overwrote it with the pkhex save! =( thank you for your help though!!!

First time posting. I am using a physical cartridge to play on the pocket. Just updated the rom version and tried to put my save back in but it now says it corrupted. I have used pkhex and it does pull up my save. Even on an vba it says the save is corrupted. Any possible help would be Greatly appreciated!! Here is also a copy of the save file. MOEMON EMERA_BPEE-0.sav
