I caught Suicune in FireRed, but found out that somehow its PID was an incorrect value, and so was marked as illegal. I caught another one by setting the roamer as active again in PKHEX, but it had the exact same PID. Is there a way to generate a Suicune with a brand new ID in-game using flags or some other method? I read that the PID is generated once connectivity with Hoenn is established, but I don’t know how to redo that event. I really don’t want to generate a Suicune using the encounter database if I don’t have to, and I obviously don’t want to have to restart my game. Help would be appreciated.
