Does it have to do with maybe the fact that it’s a rom started on NDS Forwarder and not an official cartridge?

How is it not legit as it was literally my starter? I have not changed anything on PKHEX, or any thing, I am trying to catch and create a legit Living Pokedex. What did I do to cause it or its something that simply happens? And how did you figure out the right PID if it does happen again?

I recently began my journey to finally go through and finish a Living Dex before they shut down Pokémon Bank. I accidentally started the game with my 3DS date set way back to 2011. So I decided to just go into PKHEX and change the start date of the adventure there, and I noticed I had one Pokémon label as illegal, which is weird because it was my starter of all things. It says the PID does not match the encounter type. I do not want to change anything about any Pokémon out of pride and just wondering if it is a glitch, or is it because I am playing the rom on Homebrew 3DS. All other Pokémon were legit no problem. I will attach the Pokémon in question so you can review it yourself in PKHX if someone more experienced could.
