And it isn't possible to change my Sceptile (Treecko's) encounter type at all?

Hello. I'm currently running Emerald on my physical GBA but have transferred a copy of my save to my PC for backup. I'm trying to give my starter Sceptile the move Crunch (which is an egg move) but PKHeX throws up an error when I do this. How do I fix it? I'm very new when it comes to editing my save data so be nice!
