Disfrozen

I recently obtained a new (patched) switch and wanted to transfer over my save of pokemon violet from my hacked switch. Mainly the pokemon games. However I haven’t seen anyone have the experience of knowing if anything happens if you restore those transferred saves using JKSV (essentially having the same save on both switches). Does anyone have an idea on this and or if it’s safe to do?
