I've been trying non-stop variations on this since January. This method worked for me until 2024. I used to bring non-shiny mon caught in GO to SV and LoA to convert them to shiny and then send them back to HOME (changing no other factors than shiny variant [all counted as legal in PKHex]). But this method is now broken. I've even ruined some legit shiny mon caught in GO by evolving them on the SV and LoA game saves; using PKHex.
I think personally I will stop using PKHex for this reason until we know what the future of transferring Pokémon from gen 9 to gen 10 looks like. I'm really hoping that we can transfer mon from game cards directly to the next gen without using Home; like in previous versions of Pokémon games (HGSS to BW). And/or there will be a way to move everything from GO to gen 10 in some future transfer compatibility update that we can later hack. Thanks for your comment here. Wishing something like points 1-3 would be mentioned on your other post (see below). It's a bit technical for us non-techies who are trying to get every shiny via PoGO and not the main series.
