I'm looking for a program that can modify the Pokémon of Pokémon Black, my goal is to insert the forms of the legendary and mysterious ones not present in the games. Plus I haven't even found an overworld sprite editor. I wanted to create an event with Ghetsis and N where they time traveled (so I would have to insert the black and white 2 sprites) in a double battle with all 12 legendary and mysterious at level 100, then insert Kyurem's original form. I was only able to fix CTRMap and the trainer editor.
