1. How you caught the mon:
Location: Is it event/wild area event/wandering/in grass/den etc
Level: Level it was met at, and perhaps how many badges you had then etc.
All Changes: Have you changed the moves, have you since evolved it, has it been trained, did you change the PID or IVs or Height or Weight or EC, etc.

2. Upload actual file PK to your post (our forums support direct uploading).

3. Version of PKHeX you're using.

This was an Ursaring that I caught in a space time distortion, I evolved it into an Ursaluna legitimately. The error says it could not match the encounter data

This is my actual Ursaluna that I caught in PLA as an Ursaring and grinded missions to find a Peat Block for, to wait until an in game full moon before evolving, transferring to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Unfortunately it's too fast for the Trick Room team I'm going to use it on, so I traded it to a sys bot to be able to download it's pk file and modify the IVs. However, as soon as I load the file in, it immediately rejects it for the following reason

Obviously this isn't right, all of this is the data for a legitimate Pokemon because well, it IS a legitimate Pokemon. So what's the issue?
