I was wondering if there was a way to edit the stats of pokemon in a Black and white rom hack that has been already made (Specifically Pokemon Moon Black). I have tried TwistedFatal and the other tools on Pokemon Rom Hack tools but still, to no avail. The closest I've come was locating the narc files containing them, but was never able to edit them.
