I did a backup from my sysnand, and I'm trying to restore it to sysnand. JKSV seems to be working, but when I open the game all progress is reset to zero. If I open the main, from the JKSV backup on pkhex I can see that all of my data is there.

I am having the same issue, I've tried to restore it on both sysNAND and emuNAND and neither is showing my backup up. But if I open it on pokehexk I can see every data correctly. Do you have to reach a certain point t in the game history to be able to restore the save file?
