Hey, thanks for your answer! I will check if it goes away if I don't use the randomizer. That being said, the pokemon did evolve in their game of origin (also randomized). The same happened when transferring from crystal to platinum (via PKXDelta and PKHeX).

I hope I found the right sub for this:

So I managed to bring over a few mons from Pokémon Blue to Crystal via PKHex, while also changing their level and species, so I could start again with them (I was basically doing a Genlocke, where the Champions get to go to the next gen.) All was fine, until I realized that my mons that usually evolve through level-up didn't evolve at all. I did also change the met level, because I thought it might have something to do with this (it still had the level from the end of gen 1 as met level, so that level was higher than the actual level it had).

I searched the web alot for this issue, but couldn't find anything similar. What could I have overlooked? They are definitely not carrying an Everstone or something like that. It happened for multiple mons. 

Oh, I am also using the Universal Randomizer ZX, so all the met locations are scrambled up. 

Hope anyone can help, I really don't know how to proceed
