  1. I guess this is the right topic to share that the platforms that split the biomes in Indigo Disk can actually create some confusion on met location, specially when catching Pokémon while standing on it.

I've just caught a wild Seel while standing on the platform that split Polar/Coastal biomes and its location is stated as Coastal Biome, but the Pokémon is only native to the Polar Biome. If you whistle, the Pokémon will follow you and stand on the platform as well, if you start the battle at the side the other biome music is playing and catch it, the Pokémon will display its met location corresponding the music area.

You should read this post. It explains why it happens and how to prevent it.

Changing the trainer name breaks the tracker. You must change it to zero and edit the pokémon in the correct game. Pokémon from old gens, go and SWSH must be edited in SWSH, BDSP pokémon in BDSP, PLA pokémon in PLA, SV pokémon in SV. If you edit a pokémon from SWSH in BDSP and has a wrong tracker it will lose its ball.

So just to check if I'm understanding it right. I want to change a Copperajah size that was originally caught on SwSh but has already been on SV. To not become illegal, I'll have to edit it on SwSh, delete the Home Tracker and send it back to SV, right?

Will the substructure from SV reset to blank?

That's how it works, we can't really do much about it.

I see it. I'm low-key afraid because I did change one single Pokémon from non-shiny to shiny in the past before knowing about Home Tracker. While nothing happened,  I'll probably have to delete it and transfer it all the way back from Bank since we can't foresee if GF/Nintendo are going to change this and I don't want to lose my entire Home roster because of one single Pokémon.

    Thank you for answering.

Once again, don’t edit anything that has been through HOME.

OT was by HOME for sanitisation reason, be it invalid characters, language mismatched characters, censorship, etc.

Just to know, what would be the possible punition for that? Because if so editing non Gen-8/9 Pokémon are basically impossible and illegal now due to Home Tracker?

  5. I've been changing some Pokémon sizes but when I go check with the NPC in Mesagoza some of them are not described as the intended. For example, this Pawmi and this Nymble gets "This one seems a good sight smaller than average! It's quite a specimen" and "This one seems a little bit bigger than average" but they were suppose to be "This one is a true little one! A pint-sized powerhouse of a _____." and "Look at that: Perfectly average sized specimen".

    Am I missing something?
