    Editing starter pokemon & in game interactions?

    I have been trying to find an answer to this but no luck.

     

    Is it possible to edit a starter Pokemon in Diamond/Pearl remakes before you collect it like Universal Pokémon Randomiser or as an alternative, take whatever Pokemon and then edit it into something else with the game recognising that Poke as your starter still?
