It only happened to one of my pokemon but I just fixed it. I just rerolled the PID and EC and the error went away. Don't know why it worked now but whatever. Thanks for clarifying though.

Hello. I was wondering what "Invalid: PID sharing for 3DS-onward origin detected." means? I tried searching about it but I didn't find any results. All my pokemon are shown as legal but when I use the verify all pkmns option it just shows this warning.

What do I do about "TID sharing across versions detected"?

I learned from the discord server this means that some of my pokemon are from different games with the same TID and SID. It apparently is possible through RNG abuse but the issue is that both of my pokemon that have this error originated in this game version. Not traded or anything else. Pkhex says my pokemon are legal but the tid error comes up when I click the "Verify all PKMs" option. So is there a way to fix this or should I just ignore it?
