Is it possible to use pkhex to move my character out of the void.

So i was trying to do the void glitch in my diamond save to get darkrai shaymin and arceus and i was a tutorial when i messed up and saved and reseted my game to find out im stuck in the void. If i dump my save onto pkhex is it possible for me to use it to move my character out of it and get unstuck plz anyone im desprit.
