Except the start of your savefile with the 10 first lines, your save is completely empty, so there's nothing we can do with this file.

The last time I also got the exact same problem and I was able to fix it by saving the picture through Paint, if that can help. (But honestly I don't think your picture could pass since there are to many colors and too many motifs)

Remaking them could be a way, but since knowing PID, SID and IV are something that can't be know without hacking (or using very tedious ways), these copies might not be completely exact.

Transfer from Gen 4 to Gen 5 not working is something that was predictable, since Gen 5 try to read a specific bunch of data from the repro cartridge that doesn't have correct data to the said place.

Trading from a repro cart to an authentic cart should not be a problem, since the repro cart manage the save itself during the trade instead of another game who does not know the odd placement of the save.
Trading to another person with an authentic copy using an unofficial online like Wiimfi and then resending these per file or per game could also be a solution.

If all you want is getting your Pokemon to others games, trading them to legit cartridges is normally something you can do, if that can help.

I'm playing on a real official cartridge, it's been inside my gameboy player on a gamecube the entire time with the exception that I used the gsc lua scripts to reset for a shiny starter on VBA at the beginning. This isn't a rom hack, I didn't inject anything, and I didn't mess with the save file at all.
Sooo... everyone gets a GS Ball or VBA modified my save data??
I think VBA and/or your scripts modified your save data. From what I've tried no GS Ball was given at the PCC on the Japanese version of Crystal with just two badges, and as for getting the GS Ball, I think the sources you have are up to date.

The Gen 1 & 2 Games are not compatible with games after, so transferring these Ditto to FireRed is not directly possible.

We can't tell if the saves you have downloaded works since you didn't send any saves to verify. -

I got this error every time I try to hatch an Egg in the Global Terminal of SoulSilver.
I've attached an example so you can inspect it.
Location: Egg from the Day-Care Couple of SoulSilver, hatched at Global Terminal (still SoulSilver).
Checked on PKHeX (20220318).
Invalid: Can't hatch an Egg at Met Location.

I have tried loading my ROM (which was dumped from the aforementioned cart in storage) into an emulator (Gambatte) and the crash also happens in the same place when loading my save and trying to climb the 3rd-to-4th floor steps..I have also tied sourcing alternative ROMs in case my personal dump was corrupt in some way.
However, the crash seems consistent across any version of the ROM I can find.
To my knowledge for the English version of the game there is only one version of the ROM regardless of the region.
So, my UK (EU) purchased cartridge contains the same ROM as American and Australian version (and I think the Japanese ROM is the same as the English version).
So, assuming I managed to get a clean dump of my cart, I have the same ROM as the one(s) available via less 'legitimate' means.Although I can't upload my ROM for obvious reasons I have attached my save file, and a 'save-state' after the crash.
If anyone can fix this for me I'd be greatly appreciative, as I have around 16 hours of playtime to repeat if I can't find a solution.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help or offer guidance.

Hi Sherly,
I've take some time to analyze and doing some tests in your save, and seems like the crash was caused by a Ditto Trick.
The game tries to call for a specific action on the third floor of Pokémon Tower, but crash due to the said action being invalid.
Fortunately only the third floor of the Pokemon Tower have this problem, the rest works normally.
I've patched your save thanks to a cheat code to nullify the Ditto Trick call on the third floor.
Here's your patched save file:

I've just removed the extra data of you savefile using an hex editor to match the size of a normal savefile.
