I've already tried to upgrade a 3.8.4 skin to 4.0, but it does not seem to work. This is one of the reasons I dislike 4.0.

Found a recent one.
Lugia is the mascot of Pokémon SoulSilver and is known for it's signature move, Areoblast. Both versions contain access to Lugia, however you may obtain it much sooner in Pokémon SoulSilver by obtaining the Silver Feather after defeating both Team Rocket and each of the Kimono Girls. Lugia will reside in the basement of the Whirl Islands at Level 45.
If you are playing HeartGold, you must recieve the Silver Feather from Pewter City. Then you may challenge Lugia at the basement of the Whirl Islands at Level 70.

Yes, and I am a conceited college student who will not make her face shown at Toys R Us just to get a pokemon. Therefore I will go to McD's to use their wifi.
It's not distributed over Wi-Fi, it's distributed with a cartridge that is going to be at Toys 'R' Us no where else.

Actually I looked at how you coded that & there are 2 ways of doing it.
1 you just simply make the event bit smaller & re code or you take the badges & code it in a dialogue which is not that hard at all. You only helped me to know that the badges were active, if you want I can give you credit for letting us know.

No point, all it was is that COM fixed the names of the Pokemon. There are no changes in it at all. (coolbho fixed this in v0.06d)

i used pokesav to get all key items for my r4 soul silver so i have all the key items. So i have the rainbow feather. when ni went to the tin tower to get hooh the monk isn't letting me through and i havent got national dex and haven't got all sixteen badges yet

Well all you need is 8 badges & you then need to talk to the Kimono Girls. You can find them in Ecrutek City in a building behind the Poké Center.

EDIT: btw how come you can only download the English HGSS Pokesav in the Downloads page? Why not put COM's Japanese version there too?
