is there a save editor for these games? if not, are any being worked on??

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me, 

I want to use RiiConnect24 to download the event only pokemon, but i cant seem to get it to work,

I managed to get Wiimmfi to work and have got the 3 event pokemon from it, but the RiiConnect24 pokemon (such as Mew) I have been unable to get it to work, can anyone help me? - btw im using Dolphin emulator, thankyou!

I think the LINK 'E' is east tour and 'W' is west tour

i just couldnt find much information about the 'RA' 'RB' 'BA' 'BB'

what does the Mew OT name mean? for example YOSHI 'RA' 'RB' 'BA' 'BB' does anyone know?

if anyone can help find some documents, as this mew (MARIO) is the first mew to be distributed in an event and would be awesome if PKHeX could add it to its legality

But if you are playing with 3DS Virtual Console the only legal distributions are this from UK or this from JPN.

I have edited my own roms of pokemon red/green/blue, and want to edit other files within pokered, but if i 'Make' it doesnt work on my existing roms only creating new ones, of pokered/pokeblue, i dont know how to replace pokered/pokeblue, with my existing files, anyone know how to do this? thankyou

I have pokemon red save file on my retron 5, but when i copy the file from retron5 to pc and rename the file, it doesnt let me use that save file on the retron5, it just creates another file instead, does anyone know how to rename save files but keep them working on my retron5? thankyou for your time
