I would like to transfer up some pokemon that I made with max stats in every contest category, but I am not sure how it would be legal even though PkHex says it is. It seems like you can only max 1 or 2 stats before sheen is maxed. Is there a reason why you can have 255 in every contest category while sheen can be as low as 56? Just want to make sure its not an oversight

You can use RNGReporter instead.

Go go to GameCube Time Finder, select Reverse Method 1, and check the "Wishmaker Jirachi" checkbox. Set your filter and search for the possible spreads.

Keep in mind that there are very few Shiny spreads possible and none of them is with flawless IVs.

Managed to find a few desirable Jirachi with that method. Is it also possible to use pokefinder to modify a Tanabata Jirachi to have better IVs? 

I tried using the guide for stationary Pokémon IVs but it didn't work. I tried to apply the method to the GameCube tab but I couldn't get anything either. Is there a guide for Wishmaker Jirachi?
