I double check from serebii and poni coast cells can be found all day ingame. https://www.serebii.net/sunmoon/zygarde.shtml

Both Poni Coast Zygarde cells can be found and gain in day/night/all-day time.(at least i found both of it during ingame daytime, so there must be a typo that say one of it can only be found on nighttime.)
