AR Code Request: Trainer Pokemon level modifier

Hi, I'm surprised I couldn't find one, so I'm making a request out there to make a code that can modify NPC Trainer Pokemons' levels. Like a Wild level mod but that works for trainers. I found ONLY 1 other mentioning of such a code on a google search, and it was a request that was ignored. If any of you know where to find such a code, or where I can go to get someone competent to make such a code, please tell. (Lol I got a 20-point infraction posting this originally on another forum section- but the thing is that it said it had to be approved by a moderator first. Since I'm new and don't know these things, shouldn't it be the moderator that gets an infraction for approving an off-topic thread?)
