Hi! Well... I was trying to make a Tyranitar from 0, but I have a problems because in legal.exe the pokemon seems like Hacked.

And I need help because I don't find any solutions.

And the second question is: if I want to make an Oak's Charmander(When you receive the Charmander from Oak in HGSS), which hex has to be in 46h? Please I would like you to put an Oak's charmander to compare it with mine.

if you're dead set on keeping the tyranitar female and serious, you need to change the speed iv to 10, or the special def to 23, or special atk to 23, or just use pokegen and find a spread you like yourself.
