Action Replay codes + legality question.

If I were to use an Action Replay to say, modify a Pokemon's nature to Adamant lets say, and use another code to modify it to a shiny Pokemon would it pass the legality test? Or will it show up as a hacked or altered Pokemon?

If you changed a Pokémon's Nature and Shinyness of a Captured Pokémon, then yes it will show up as Hacked, but if you changed a Pokémon's Nature and Shinyness of a Wild Pokémon, then no.

I was also curious when using PokeGen to make a legitimate Metagross the type should be Common NDS (A-B-C-D), what should the type be for a Platinum version Darkrai, Arceus, Dialga, Palkia. Along with a Soul Silver version Groudon, Rayquaza, Latios, and such.

Just legendary Pokemon in general in Diamond, Platinum, Soul Silver, Heart Gold, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald; thanks in advance!
