Pokegen codes not working

So yeah, it seems my pokegen codes aren't working. With the set up i have i'm forced to have to enter them manually, and i tend to find if i make a mistake in the code i end up with a Bad Egg or pokemon missing it's move list or similar, yet once i go over and correct it, so it matches the code produced perfectly, i don't get anything when i activate it, any ideas?

The codes i've entered before work fine, it just seems to be anything i've entered recently isn't working, i did update my DS calendar to the right day (was about a decade behind) between them, yet i don't expect this to have any effect.

It'd be helpful to know exactly what activation keys you're using, which code type, which game, and which slot you're trying to create a Pokemon in. I tried the select activator on Diamond, Platinum, and Soul Silver, and they worked fine. (Also, this would've been more appropriate in the program's thread.)
