Yes, Riolu, Lucario, Pichu, Pikachu, Roserade, Eevee, Glaceon, Umbreon, Espeon, Leafeon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Sceptile, Typhlosion, Empoleon, Bayleaf, Milotic, Spiky Ear Pichu, Manaphy, Shaymin, Zekrom, Reshiram and the new Water Starter are my favorite Pokémon, but Riolu is my Heart and Soul!
