Night Sky Jirachi Help Needed

I would like to know the Night Sky Jirachi 85th hex value so I can recreate my own with pokesav as I missed the event at the time. I have it as fateful encounter, Obtained from Wifi Gift, caught at level 5, knows draco meteor, language: ENG, OT: NZ, Ot ID: 06199, and hometown was Platinum. Again my only question is what would be the 85th hex value for this Jiarchi, and also tell me any corrections that you can name. Thank You.

It is an event pokemon, so it's 85h is = 00.

I have confirmed this with the PKM file I used.

It also triggered the Night sky path for my Pokewalker, so I know it works.
