poksav pokemon that appears legal in games & legality checker, but failed in Nintendo's Check?

Does anyone experience the above where a pokesaved pokemon that is legal in the games, passed the legality check but failed when u tried to enter Nintendo events or even PBR??

It might be the Pokemon Values or the Pokemon PID/SID or IV/EV. It can be where the Pokemon been Caught at or Hatched from or even what Level you Met the Pokemon at. It can also be that the Pokemon PID doesn't match the selected IV.
