Hi, I've never done this, and I apologize if the format is wrong, but I can't for the life of me get Pokesav to work. So I was wondering if anyone could make me a Dratini like this:

Ability: Shed Skin (Question: Does this change to Inner Focus once I evolve it, or will it forever be shed skin? If it doesn't change, I'd like inner focus please.)

Secret ID:39244 (not sure what this is/affects)

EV Stats: Attack=252 Spec Defense=64 Defense=64 Speed=128 (Something else I'm not sure about, if it's possible to put the Ev's into a level 1 I would like you to. If not, just put no ev's on and I'll train it myself.)

IV's:HP=17 Attack=31 Defense = 25 Spec defense=25 Speed = 31 Special Attack = 13

Ribbons: None

Location/Date Met: Received from the Day Care below Goldenrod on May 22, 2010 (I'm not sure about exactly how a legit egg looks, but if you don't know for sure, let me know and I can find out.)

Location/Date Hatched: May 22, 2010 on Route 17 (Again, not sure about the exact way it looks. I'm really looking for an already hatched one, but if it's not possible to make it look legitly hatched from an egg, then an egg would be fine and I'll hatch it myself)

OT: Didn't see a section for it on the format, but I'd like it to say "Luke" if possible. I want to make it look as legit as possible. You guys probably know how to better than me. Haha

I would like to have it traded to me if you can. I don't really have any way to get PKMN files to my HeartGold game. My friend code is in the spoiler. This might be too much to ask. I've never really done this. But, I'd really appreciate it. I don't have much to offer in return. But, I can try.

I guess just hit the "Max stats" after doing the IVs and Evs. Thanks!
