Abit of help for someone who's new at this

Well basically i'm looking for abit of help editing my save file for Pkmn Soul Silver, one i have an action replay DSi and a 2 GB micro SD card , this may not be exactly what i need but if you would be so kind as to point me in the right direction i would be more than grateful thank you in advance, also once i have backed up my save file if you would aslo point me to a save editor and how to upload the save file back to the DSi thanks again
