[Diamond-U] Trouble with ARDS Sinnoh dex completion code

Heyas!

I ran into a problem and I hope someone will be able to help me with it.

I've been trying to use the ARDS code to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex in Diamond (USA). I know I could just use PokeSav, but I wanted to activate the ARDS code first. I got the code from USA DP Official AR Codes, however I can't seem to get it to work on either No$gba nor on my Acekard. Does anyone know how to activate it?
