Kanto map gone off pokegear?

First off I'm new to this project pokemon thing. But anyway I just recently got a Action Replay DSi and I've read a lot of things online about this but none help. I used the "complete poke-gear" cheat and now my Kanto map is gone so now I can't even fly there anymore a large disadvantage can anyone please help I'm really sad and don't make it worse with a "YOU SHOULDN'T BE HACKING THEN" help or just don't post please.
