Code to un-restrict the Vs Seeker?

I'm at the elite 4 in Platinum with one major problem: I'm way underleveled and there's no good places to level up other than victory road. Problem is, due to some ****ing retarded programmer oversight, the Vs Seeker doesn't work in caves, meaning there's no way for me to level up my pokemon by any decent amount since I can't re-battle any of the trainers there, and at this point in the game none of the trainers elsewhere give decent exp.

Could anyone give me a code that'll allow me to bypass that retarded restriction?

In Platinum use the VS. Seeker near the Pokemon Mansion Court Yard or use it where it snows while your pokemon (s) is/are holding an Exp. Share.
